Hello, doctor. My scrotum has changed. The skin seems darker in the middle of the two testicles and i feel pain in the lower back part of my scrotum. Also there was itching but I think there is no more, or at least a little bit. What do you think its the problem ?

Hi.
The skin in the center of the scrotum has a joining line and become darker over the years. So nothing to worry.

But if there is more than this like itching or so , there can be a dermatitis and occurs as the skin , the sebaceous glands and all the characters are different.

Try cleaning the area two to three time a day , keep dry, no tight underwear, keep aerated.

Consult a Dermatologist if there is no relief.
