What Causes Pain And Smell After The Removal Of Bartholin Cyst?

Hi.I removed my bartolin cyst three days ago.today i think its getting infected.it hurts more and it smells changed.im worry.what shoul i do?? Dr removed the syst completely.wil i have an open hole in this part forever??isnt it dangrous and get infected.im 37 years old and i had never ever had any vajinal infection before.i have a child and im taking three diferent antibiotics for more than a week.how long it takes me to be bach to normal.help me.lm really frustrated

Hi

As long as you are on antibiotics there should be no real cause for concern. Please visit your doctor if you feel there is no improvement since you started the antibiotics.

As for the hole, it should close once the process of healing is complete.
