What Causes Pain And Soreness Below My Ribs When I Sneeze?

i sneezed one night and got a pain right side under rib cage above my obliques. never had the pain before i sneezed again through the night and was really painful i could not bend over the next day. it is much better now and can bend and klift but is still sore when sneezed not as painful though

Sneezing if forceful can cause excessive straining of chest walk muscles.
So muscular injury can occur while forceful sneezing.
So possibility of muscular injury is more in your case.
So apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
Avoid movements causing pain.
Avoid sudden jerky movements of chest.
Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs like ibuprofen and thiocolchicoside.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 2-3 days.
