What Causes Pain And Soreness In Abdomen After Intercourse?

I had sex with my boyfriend a couple of days ago. He has a large penis and sometimes it hurts when we have sex, but only for a short while and the discomfort is mild. However, for the last two days my stomach and abdomen are both very sore and there is a dull but very noticeable pain as well. Also, my stool has become bright bloody red and bleeds much more that any hemorrhoid I ve had and it is also hard for me to go to the bathroom. Help!

Hello,
You seem to be experiencing some infection of the gut/urinary tract. You need a clinical examination immediately to rule out any local lesions like fissure, bleeding hemorrhoids, tears etc. You also need urinalysis and stool test. If there is any trauma, it needs to be tended to. Fissures and hemorrhoids are usually managed medically initially, but if the symptoms are aggressive and the bleeding does not subside, surgical treatment becomes necessary. Urinary anti-spasmodic along with a urinary antibiotic often helps to relieve the urinary problem. Please maintain genital hygiene and take plenty of liquids. Hope this helps.
