What Causes Pain And Soreness In Minora Labia After Intercourse?

Me and my boyfriend recently had sex without a condom for 3 days in a row. We will go for awhile then take a break and so on. It went for three days. After the second day I became kinda sore but kept going. No lube. After some sleep, it felt quite a bit better but still slightly sore.the third day it began to hurt worse to the point where it hurt just to lay there... I looked after I left his house, and the labia minora, mostly left side, was so raw that it hurt to walk and I cant touch it without excruciating pains. Me and my boyfriend have done this for months and its never felt this bad! What is wrong with me???!

Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
You have the answer in your question itself.
3 days of almost constant sex without a lubricant would lead to friction and hence the pain .
THis is the most probable cayse.
As you say, you have done this earlier, but this time it is more severe.
you could have lacerated or abraded some part of the labia in this case.
Right now just take it easy.
Avoid intercourse for a few days.
APply aloe vera gel and cold compresses to the area.
Wear loose cotton undergarments.
Do not touch, rub, scrub or vigorously clean the area.
If the itching and pain does not abate within a couple of days, please schedule an appointment with a gynecologist.
This would be to exclude the possibility of a vaginal infection.
Also avoid shaving for the time being.
All the best and take care.
