What Causes Pain And Soreness In The Left Testicle?

Hello I am 40 years old and have been dealing with a periodic swollen meatus and swollen and sore left testical that sometimes send pain down my inner thigh. This has been going on for over 1 full year. I have been tested for all sti's and all negative. I have been to 2 urologists with out any resolve. I am lost as to where to go next as this has negatively affected my life.

affecting life ??
* Strongly recommend to consult with all details of symptoms, clinical
photograph of penis & scrotum (if no objection) , scanned attachments of
relevant reports , treatment taken till date to study the case thoroughly &
evaluate accordingly for further management plans for definite cure.
