What Causes Pain And Soreness In The Pelvic During Pregnancy?

Hello, I am 36 weeks pregnant today and I had a cervical check. I have experienced some pelvic discomfort off and on since about 32 weeks but tonight my pelvic bone is very sore and has a constant dull ache. About an hour ago I also wiped and had pink and reddish/brown mucus (which I had with my first daughter hours before I went into labor). Should I go in to the hospital or is this a normal reaction to a cervical check? I never had pain or discomfort after cervical checks with my first child.

Hi, I think you can be having a discharge due to the cervical check. If you are having any backache or pain in abdomen at frequent intervals, you should go to hospital.
