What Causes Pain And Spasms In The Abdomen?

I m having abdominal pain & spasms. I thought it was a UTI, but the urine sample came back negative. He gave me a shot anyway (which was supposed to help with the pain, but it only got worse) & a prescription for Sulfameth TMP 800/160 MG. Several hours later, no relief in sight, so I took 4 Tylenol PM, and the pain almost disappeared. This was last night, and today my abdomen is still painful, but not

For muscular spasms of abdomen it's better to take anti spasmodics for 2,3 day's....even if the pain doesn't reduce...it's better u get a usg done...some times it may b a renal stone also....take buscopan for 3 day's..and see if it doesn't reduce get a usg abdomen scan done....I hope this resolved you're issue's..
