What Causes Pain And Spasms In Upper Back At Night?

Ok, for the past few days in my upper back, has been hurting. (Kind of by my wing in my back) It wakes me up at night feeling like the area is contracting. It takes my breath away. Nothing hurts during the day except when I drink something, it hurts that certain area when I swallow. I know it s weird but I dread going to bed at night. YYYY@YYYY

Regarding your experience of pain and spasm at the upper back at night that hurts during swallowing I will suggest you have developed a joint disease called cervical spondylitis (arthritis of the spine)

In view of this please take any of the following lyrica gabapentin cymbalta neurobion neurogesic cream
