What Causes Pain And Spotting After Mirena Insertion?

I just had the Mirena inserted 5 days ago and I did not have any pain or cramping afterwards and I only had some spotting or nothing at all. Now, five days later I m feeling more pain especially while I am sitting at my desk and there is some spotting again. I ve also noticed some discharge that I did not have before. I m wondering if I should be concerned or if this is normal.
