General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

We will try to help you in the best way possible. First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to fatigue or micronutrients deficiencies like B12, folic acid etc and replacement may be started but if persist the workup of myopathy including CPK, LDH along with autoimmune workup may be needed.

A detailed lower legs motor examination and reflexes monitoring are also needed to get yourself examined by your primary care physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
