What Causes Pain And Strain In Sternocleidomastoid Muscle?
I have been having issues with my stoidsternocleidoma muscle like aching and strain, and now it was slightly swelling. I had an ultrasound done and they scanned the front and side of my neck. The results stated that i have: Heterogeneous gland with no nodules. The right lobe measures 1.1 x 1.3x 3.8 The isthmus measures 2.3 mm. The left lobe measures 1.1 x 1.1 x 3.4 cm. The gland is quite heterogeneous throughout. I have a bit of discomfort with slight aching and sometimes feel like a slight feeling when i swallow. very mild at times. what should i do or be concerned with next? Thanks
