What Causes Pain And Swelling Above The Collar Bone?

Hi. I have slightly swollen right above my collar bone. I a full pain that comes and goes . I work in some office answer the phone all day. Should I be concerned? Or could this be due to holding the phone in between my shoulder and eat? I am Starr to worry.

Hello,
It could be muscle pain due to holding the phone, however it could be something more serious. You need to see a doctor for an exam to determine the cause and treatments
