Hi...
Thanks for the query...
As per your complain there can be few reasons for the bump which u have..
One is: It may be due to your right side molar,if it is decayed it can lead to infection below the root tips leading to formation of painful abscess..
Other reason can be, yes it can be due impacted (an
impacted tooth is one which does not erupt naturally till the level of other teeth) wisdom tooth causing infection in the gums as food gets lodged between impacted tooth and overlying gums leading to bacterial infection which causes pain and swelling of the gums..
One more reason can be if you have a bad health of your gums and you have problem with your gums like
bleeding gums , pockets and mobile teeth it can be due to
Periodontal abscess..
I would suggest you to visit your
dentist and get evaluated for any deep cavity in your molar teeth or the wisdom tooth is impacted or not or it is due to bad gum health..
He can take an IOPAR(
X ray) and let u know the reason..
If you have a decayed tooth antibiotic regimens followed by
root canal treatment can solve the problem..
If impacted tooth is the cause it can be resolved by extraction of the wisdom tooth..
If periodontal abscess would be the issue thorough cleaning of teeth and currettage can be helpful..
But you need not worry.. This problem will be solved...
Take care..
Thanks and regards..
