What Causes Pain And Swelling In Ankle After An Injury?
6 days Ago I was riding my motorcycle and was hit by a car.
It hit the bottom of my left leg very close to my ankle.
However my ankle suffered from having contact with the muffler.
I called 911 nothing seemed to be broken, however my ankle swelled up very bad my burn is healing but I am on crutches and I can't stand straight because it hurts where my burn is; i feel like the skin is being pulled.
I opened a claim on Mnday and I am trying to see a doctor by friday the latest so I can have an x-ray. I do not have health insurance and unfortunatley I don't have much money either.
How serious is my injury? Can I wait a few more days before seeing a doctor? Will I recover 100% ?
