What Causes Pain And Swelling In Ankle?

Hi This is Deepak. My brother in Law had a surgery of talus bone which was detected as Benign tumour, but later after surgery report form SRL shows Osteogenic Sarcoma. after a month of surgery he is again having pain and swelling in his ankle. Would you mind to suggest what next to be done?
