What Causes Pain And Swelling In Elbow After Falling On It?

Okay so I fell on my elbow really hard and now I can't move it and it hurts so much that I'm like always crying and I can straighten it or bend it I keep it at a 90 degree angle and it still really hurts but it is red and swollen above my elbow along with discoloring and purple too and it is very tender...is it broken
