Hello
It seems from the history that you are having itching with swelling of eyes.
This indicates allergic eye condition in the form of allergic conjunctivitis or allergic blepharitis.
The treatment of the condition is by use of anti allergic eye drops. Use of artificial tears and cold compression provides symptomatic relief.

Thank you
