What Causes Pain And Swelling In My Right Testis?

there is little pain in my right testies and sometimes it swell
sonography is normal of abdomen and testis
doctor adviced me to wear tight paint so testies wont move here and there
sonography showed epidydimics in right testies
its six month now
it started after i kept laptop on my palm for 4 hrs

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
As you have mentioned the ultrasonography is not normal.
It is showing epididymitis.
I would advise you the following:
Urine routine, mmicrscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Same goes for semem tests.
Tests of blood.
A long course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory. Scrotal support.
If this is 6 months old problems and if you completed your family, there is an option of excision of the diseased part and send for histopathology examination.
This confirm the diagnosis and give plan for treatment.
