What Causes Pain And Swelling In Neck After Falling On Buttocks?

I feel on my bottom 2 months ago but have pain on the right side of my neck and some swelling/inflammation . Also when i cough, laugh, or move my head a certain way i get a sharp pain on the right side of my head. There is also a mild pain on the right side of my head that grows by the end of the day. Need advice. I dont have health insurance yet but im afraid the pain might get worst instead of going away.
