What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Ankles?

hello. I hope so. I was a methamphetamine user for over 6 yrs. I have recently rehabbed and am grateful for it. during the last few months of my addiction , I have had and still do have painful swollen ankles (Kankles), and feet Also ..now sore and painful hip and sciatica like pain so much so that I can hardly bend walk or walk on uneven surfaces. A doctor said that all the by products minerals and various other posinous chemicals used in manufacturing meth have settled there , and I need a detox
