What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Ankles?

Yes plz I fell of a curb about 10 day ago now and landed on my ankle witch I felt click it was about 4 times the size of my other one and was very bruised and swollen up until 3 days ago but still really painful to walk on and a keep getting like Sharp pain every now and then but the bruise is all round my shin and my caf wot could this be thanks

exclude fracture by taking x-ray use ankle cap. apply cold compression can take hifenac p for ten days apply antiseptic lotion over bruise.
