General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my clinical experience, the pain and swelling in the arm after
methamphetamine shot indicates cellulitis development from
inadequate absorption of the drug through the muscle tissue.

* Local application of ice and analgesic tablets with anti inflammatory
action will resolve the issue at its best.

Take care.
Have a nice day.
