What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Finger Joints Along With Fatigue?

I have been experiencing arthritis in my Joints off and on for the last 6 months, how can I tell what kind of arthritis I have , My finger Joints swell up and sometimes are very hard to move in the mornings also I have been very fatigued and just feel lousy

I evaluated your query in depth .
@ Usually arthritis is not going to give rise to such extent of fatigue
@ Cause of fatigue has to be evaluated in terms of - low hemoglobin -
vitamin deficiency - thyroid disorder - trace elements deficiency -
electrolyte disturbances - general systemic issues as diabetes , low
immunity - others
@ So that requires intensive history taking , physical examination ,
undertake all necessary & relevant tests as per clinical evaluations .
