What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Foot And Toes?

Hi, I had pain and swelling in the bottom front of my foot through my toes that made it hard to walk, then I started getting pain and swelling in the joints of my fingers and it moves to different fingers and comes and goes in my one foot. I had blood work done and it was all normal, what can this be? I m 20 and thin and otherwise healthy, I don t smoke.
