What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Groin Area?

I had noticed a slight pain in my groin area. When I went to urinate, I noticed a bulging protrusion (about 3/4 of an inch to 1 inch) in my right groin area. I was able to push it back in but I am now experiencing a tingling sensation in my legs and feet.

1.hernia( protrusion of bowels)
2.hydrocele(collection of fluid)
if you had it checked with a general surgeon... the diagnosis can be made...
