What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Hand After Receiving An Injection?
I did an injection into my hand, at the time it didn t feel any different than any other time. About 6 hours later right hand across my knuckle started to swell back of my hand and now it was swollen up the side of my arm. It is hot to the touch and it s really painful
Hi, Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-: 1)Use ice to the area every 2 hours until swelling reduced.I think it may be a hematoma due to injury of small vessels . Observe for 24 hours.
