What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Joints And Blood In Stool?

I m all most 40. Over the past year I ve been tired all the time, joint pain and swelling, constapation, blood in stool, stomach pain, vitamin b12 and d defenciacies, small red dots on stomach and chest, swollen pus field gums. All test come back negative and doctor says I m getting older. Should I seek another opinion?

I will advise you to do stool sample test and check b12 level.

You are mentioned there is pus filled pocket in gums that may because of periodontitis problem. Consent a dentist to check proper oral cavity examination.

Constipation with blood in stool that may be because of intestinal condition like ulcerative colitis or diverticulitia problem.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Barium x ray ,complete blood cell And stool test help in further diagnosis.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.
