What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Knee?

I have a pain,swelling and my knee did not bent for 10 days. ins. wont me to do X-ray and phis. therapy and than only it is possibility of coverage for MRI . My doctor suspects that I have septio joint will X ray show anithing or it is waist of time and me many I am sorry for gram. mistakes engl. is not my langue thank you tatiana

I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history is concerned:-
1)Take [ 3-PIN tab] 8 hourly for pain and inflammation
2)Do full blood count with differential , Uric acid& ESR
3)Do a detailed clinical examination by your local doctor to ruled out common pathological like ACL,Sprain,Turf knee,Bone Osteochondroma,Meniscal Injuries,Popliteal Cyst,Patellar Tendinitis etc
