What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Knees?

I have pain in my knee- first I thought I had injured it doing Yoga- it got hot and swollen- then my Doc. gave my a cordizon shot- which helped at first-but it did come back-not as bad- but still when I do my excersice Zumba- and some bike activity -I don t want to give up my excersice..what do you recommend-??

Hello,

You should do an X-ray or MRI to see joint conditions. I think you should take rest for some time. Also, take Ibuprofen or naproxen for pain.

Also, oral corticosteroids can help. Corticosteroid injections and hyaluronic acid Injections may be beneficial.
