What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Left Arm?

My mom is suffering from severe left arm pain from past few days. Doctors did 2d echo and stress test, 2d was normal whereas stress showed positive, today her left arm started swelling. Is my mom in danger condition? She is using cholesterol and BP tablets.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Does she have any pain?
Stress test positive may be due to many reasons like fluctuating BP, abnormal electrolytes, cardiac reasons etc.
So I suggest you to do rest ECG and electrolyte test and consult a physician.
Mean while can take T.Paracetamol TDS (thrice daily after food) for 3 days with hot compression.
