What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Left Leg?

Hello Doctor Good Evening! I am Amit Agrawal, I need your opinion regarding my Mom’s Case (Mrs. Kiran Agrawal) Symptoms: Problem in left leg while walking, cannot sit on floor, difficulty in taking steps stairs, often have pain in both the legs , Legs get swelling if she walk for a mile. She cannot bend much History: In India Dr.B.S. Singhal (Director of Neurology at Bombay Hospital) diagnosed that my mom is having Cerebral Dysfunction (refer Image name BS_singhal2) and there is no cure. Also She have deficiency of Vitamin B12& Calcium Request: My mom’s brain and Spinal Cord MRI attached with the email. WHat are our options ? Dr never confirmed us whats the issue, we need to know whats the problem to find the solution for

Hello,

As you explain her situation, in my opinion, she should be seen by a rheumatologist specialist too. Probably arthritis or gout problems might be and other lab tests are needed such as rheumatoid factor ear PCR. Please discuss with her doctor for this.
