What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Right Testicle?

Doc, my right testicle is swollen with a dull ache, it is soft to touch with no apparent lumps, and seems worst after walking , I can not recall any recent trauma. I had a vasectomy 30 yrs ago. I m 64, married enjoy an active sex life. What s going on with my boys? Harry

after vasectomy about 6%of men experience pain..on one side of testicles.. in such cases u have to visit doctor... so that he can give u some antibiotics, pelvic floor physiotherapy also help u and ur doctor may also prescribe lie Dose of amitriotyline... which gives u relief.. in higher dose it's use as anti depressants... do take after doctors advice only.. an u can avoid things like biking, horse riding.. and activities that affect that particular area
