ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, inflammation of the mucosa and lymphoid tissue at the back of throat is common and infection, allergy or reflux are the common causes. If there are no symptoms suggestive of infection, allergy or reflux can be the cause. Please get a throat swab done to rule out infection. Otherwise use of antiseptic gargles with proton pump inhibitors and anti allergics will help. Regards
