What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Vagina After Intercourse?

I m having a problem whenever I have sex or masturbate, the vein running along the right side of my clitoris gets swollen and painful. Also when I push down on it (which hurts a lot) I can feel a little bead like thing ?? It s not very big at all. But still very alarming

After going through your description, it appears that there could be a presence of a cystic lesions around the clitoris, which could get inflammed due to mechanical friction during intercourse causing such symptoms of pain and swelling.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for clinical examination.
Based on the findings, the condition could be treated conservatively by medications or might need surgical procedure to remove the cyst.
