What Causes Pain And Swelling Of Lymph Nodes While Eating?

I am a 20 year old female and for the past few days I have been experiencing very painful lymph nodes. I do not have a sore throat or any cold or flu symptoms. When I eat any kind of food they start to hurt really bad. It hurts to open my jaw because my lymph nodes are so swollen. I did have strep about 2.5 weeks ago.
