What Causes Pain And Swelling On Testicles?

Hello I m a 18 yr old male for the last four or five days I ve been going through some pain in my testes and the area between the sack and the anus. The area is slightly swollen. Also I ve been having allot of bloody noses lately about 4 in the last week. I m not sure if these are tied together. I ve also been sick recently for 3 weeks out of December. I m feeling better now but i still have no appetite Its a struggle to eat something as small as a cookie. Again I m not sure if these are tied together just trying to give as much info as possible. -Andrew
