What Causes Pain And Swelling On The Testicle After Masturbation?
Hello, I am an 18 year old male. Today I masturbated for an hour before i ejaculated and then had a piercing kind of pain in my left groin area around my left testicle (which has been removed) with noticable swelling, I had applied some ice then the pain receded ( in about 20 mins) a is hardly noticable , the swelling is still there though. Please tell me the cause of it and if i should be worried.

It’s a nonspecific pain due to friction and spasm.
It will settle by itself without treatment. You can take drugs like Ibuprofen or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
