my husband is hurting in his upper right quadrant under his ribs on his right side, I felt it and it has a little bulge, but its hard like a muscle.. he did some yardwork with a weedeater and lawnmower and he thinks he pulled a muscle, and it still hurts and a little swollen. Could he have strained a muscle?
