What Causes Pain And Swelling Under The Rib Cage?

I have had same thing for almost 2 years, no one can figure it out left side stomach pain under ribs and become swollen after anything, immune system weak, they gave me shots now have pain up my left side chest cant breath anxity bad pain always there if I eat or don t, tried everything multiple scan tests I don t know what to do help

* There can be multiple causes for pain and be swelling under rib cage as bone or cartilage related bony growth, subcutaneous lesion of soft tissue or intra abdomen pathology of vivid types.
