Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pain and swelling under the tongue which is due to friction of tongue with teeth and it is due to continue irritation. Need not to worry, it normally subside in few days and if there is pain or bleeding along with burning sensation or other symptoms then you should consult dentist/oral surgeon and get complete examination done. Apply honey at night and take plenty of fluids. Start taking vitamin B12 supplement. Maintain complete oral hygiene. If pain is sever then take Ibuprofen.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
