What Causes Pain And Tenderness In The Hips?

I have developed hip pain. I have had point tenderness of both hips for about 1-2 years More recently I have had significant pain in my left hip. It comes on primarily when I lie on my hip in bed. It wakes me from sleep and I am alsp beginni g to have it when i am sitting It is a dull pain but at times now it can be sharp

hip bursitis
Standing too long , Sports and all such activities can cause this.

Applying Ice or Cold Pack Brufen Naproxen

celebrex can relieve the Pain

Aspiration sometimes need

Surgery rarely needed
