What Causes Pain And Tenderness In The Shoulder?
Hi, I have shoulder pain on both sides. When I touch my shoulders, I feel a tenderness. In addition, I have the same issue with my hips. I have not done any type of activity to cause the pain. The pain started out gradually, but is increasing. I m side sleeper and now I can no longer sleep on either side. I have to now sleep on my back. In addition, I have two occasions of unexplained pain and tenderness with my left wrist.

Consult orthopaedic doctor he will do investigations meanwhile you may take paracetamol or brufen to relieve pain.
