What Causes Pain And Tenderness In The Temple?

I have had pain and tenderness in my left temple for 2 days, then only my left nasal passage was burning and irritated from post nasal drip. I got up the next morning with pain in my left eye and it is blood red still after 2 days. I ve felt really tired and somewhat of a headache. I thought this was a sinus infection but others are saying my eye looks so bad it could be something more. What should I do?

Hi,

I think this is sinusitis. You can visit an ENT doctor and he will do an x-ray or an endoscopy (put a camera tub on the nose) to see the nasal cavity.

I think you should try taking any antihistamines such Benadryl or Cetirizine to help with symptoms. Also can rinse the nose with saline water. Also, you can take Ibuprofen for pain relief. Take any nasal decongestant spry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
