What Causes Pain And Thick Black Discharge From Ear?

Is it possible something live movable in ear canal? A child s father came to me with the complaints of severe ear pain with cough of his son, he told me that after observing child s ear he saw something coming out from his son ear after putting light infront ear. That time child started coughing and then he found nothing, again after few min. It happens again, I saw nothing without some black thick discharge like, what can I do now? Please help me to find out that

Hello

Yes , it is possible that an insect may have entered the child's ear , please ask him to meet an ent doctor , who will examine the ear and remove it. please dont try to remove it yourself.
