What Causes Pain And Tight Sensation On The Base Of The Scrotum?
I have a dull ache or tightness at the base of my scrotum and am often tired and feel like I might catching a cold. There are times during the day when I urininate freequently, sometimes with unexpected urgency. My urine stream is ok but I don't often pee a large volume. I do a lot of coffee during the day. I do not have to pee often at night. I recently did a urine dip stick check for UTI and it was negative. Does this sound like BPH?
