What Causes Pain And Tightness In The Chest And Heart Palpitations?

Last night I went to the ER with chest pains that went all the way through to my back, tightness in chest and palpitations. they said it was ulcers. gave me Prilosec and sent me home. while I was there hooked up to the heart monitor machine, when I had a pain, or palpitation, the graph would actually register it. they did do xray and blood work. said that came back fine. Im still having the palpitations off and off, and pain off and on. its not severe, but still there. Does this really sound like Ulcers???

you actually needed to get an ecg done for your chest pains and palpitations. i suggest you to get an ecg done right away.
