What Causes Pain And Tightness In The Chest While On Concerta?

My daughter takes 27 mg of Concerta every morning around 7:30-8:00 & has done so for over 2 yrs now. Tonight she complained of chest pain/tightness to the point of tears & said she felt like her lungs were going to collapse. Her BP was 150/58 & her HR was 136. A paramedic neighbor came over & listened to her heart & lungs and thought it may be anxiety. It s been almost an hour and she doesn t feel any better. Her HR varies between 77 & 136. Do I need to take her to the ER or see her PCP tomorrow? I thought the 1/2 life of this med was pretty short. In fact she takes a breakthrough dose of 10 mg every day at school at noon time. But not on the weekends.
