What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Hands?

My son was fishing in a river last Friday, and had his hands submerged in cold water quite a bit. He had a little pain and tingling that day and the next, but it seemed to get better. Today, four days later, he has been experiencing some tingling in the one hand that was in the water more. Is that typical, or something that we should be concerned about, or something that he should get checked out.?

might be having frostbite or infested with water born insects like snail .clean hand with fresh water and take tab levocetrizine 5mg in morning. apply caladryl lotion.appears to be neurological problem so consult neurologist for examination and advise on treatment.
