What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Hips?

I m having some hip pain , closer to the spine on my left . My L leg tingles at times but no sharp pain.. In Oct 2012 I had a spinal injection for severe leg pain with good results until now. I ve done back exercises quite faithfully since then. Presently i m comfortable sitting but walking hurts-- easier with my walker. i m taking an aleve twice a day,and tylenol 500mg 3 times a day

* Most common reason here seems to be spondylosis, nerve compression involving intervertebral disc or others.

* MRI of the lumbar spine is best indicative of diagnosis and further management guidelines.
